As we approach a new chapter, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Kelly Skidmore for her outstanding service as Executive Director. Kelly’s dedication, leadership, and contributions have been invaluable to our organization and the community we serve. PBCMS wishes her all the best in her future endeavors.
At the same time, PBCMS is delighted to welcome Claudia Kirk Barto as our new Executive Administrator. Claudia brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm, and we are confident that her leadership will guide us toward continued success in achieving our mission.

Claudia has over 30 years of non‐profit leadership experience working with Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast, Lupus Foundation of America Southeast Florida Chapter, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Palm Beach Area Chapter, and United Way of Palm Beach County. Claudia grew up in Palm Beach where philanthropy is a way of life. She is the proud daughter of former Florida Governor Claude Kirk.
She is a graduate of the Leadership Palm Beach County Class of 2014 and continues to serve on the LPBC Alumni Relations Committee. She is past President of the West Palm Beach Rotary Club, a member of A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts School Advisory Councils, a member of the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches, and many other community organizations.
She received her Associate’s degree from Palm Beach State College and Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Florida State University. Claudia lives in West Palm Beach with her two sons, Wen and Kirk, and daughter Marina.
