Dr. Beverly Pedroche is a licensed psychologist and through the process of psychotherapy, she helps individuals who are experiencing emotional distress (burnout, anxiety, depression, etc.) find contentment. Dr. Pedroche primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a collaborative, present-based form of talk therapy, that focuses on solutions, challenging distorted cognitions, and changing destructive patterns of behavior. In 2007, Dr. Pedroche obtained her doctorate in psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She has experience working in a variety of settings including community mental health, inpatient substance abuse treatment, and hospitals. Currently, she is established in private practice in Boca Raton, FL. Convenient and confidential telehealth services are also available for eligible adults.

Although Dr. Pedroche works with an array of presenting problems, she has specific training and experience working with trauma survivors, individuals with a history of substance abuse and/or dependence, older adults (geropsychology), and professionals who are struggling with burnout or other problems that may be impacting their professional or personal lives.
